1. Workspace & admin settings
Go to Account Management → Workspace Settings → tab ‘Features’ and disable the modules you want hidden (e.g. Projects, Requirements, KPIs). Disabled features disappear for all users in both the tiles and the left menu.

2. Add a person (without login)
Open People → [name] → … (top right) for options such as Invite to workspace or email settings. If the person is already a user, manage them via User Accounts.

Open People → + → enter Name (mandatory) and optionally Email. Do not invite them; they will remain a person without login.

Open People → [name]. On the overview page you will see tasks, linked users, projects, KPIs, requirements, and meetings.

3. Add a user (with invitation)
Option A: via People → + and tick Invite to workspace + Role.
Option B: via Admin → Users → + (beware of duplicates).

Admin → Users → black triangle next to the user → change Role, Enabled, Password, Mailing enabled.

Check in User Accounts or Admin Settings → User Accounts. If needed, resend via People → [name] → … → Invite User.

4. Assign roles
Admin → Users → (triangle) → Change role (Admin/Manager/User or special modes).

Set the special mode in Users (e.g. Read-only, Project user). Then grant access by assigning ownership/roles on the required objects (e.g. Projects, Requirements).

5. Manage activity
Email logs: Admin/Stats → Email logs, filter by date, click the envelope to see content.
Activity log: Admin/Stats → Activity Log, filter by date (e.g. today).

Admin → Users → (triangle) → set Mailing enabled to off.

6. Change the status of an object
Open the module list (e.g. Projects/Requirements) → open object → ⋮ → Edit → update Status.

History: Admin/Stats → Action Logs, filter on object name/reference.
Restore: in module list Show deleted/hidden → ⋮ → Restore.

7. Use watcher functionality
Open object → ⋮ (top right) → Watch.

Add yourself via Watch.
Other users: either via the object’s subscribe option (if available) or by letting them subscribe themselves.
Remove: Admin/Stats → Subscriptions or from the user’s subscription list → click X.

8. Remove a user & transfer responsibilities
Delete only the User, not the Person. Use the People page to find all linked items (tasks, projects, etc.) and transfer ownership to successors (manually or via Excel upload).

9. Resolve access issues
Go to Permissions to set view/edit/create/delete rights per entity and role (User/Manager/Admin). Adjust roles if needed via User Accounts.

10. Upload data with Excel
Workspace Settings → Import from Excel. Ensure sheet name = table name, header row, and code columns for references. Preview before clicking Import.

Tick Generate report. The report will be available for download after processing.

Google Translate loads websites through its own server in order to translate them. Since MyContractManager is a dynamic contract management tool with many interactive elements, secure sessions, and API connections, Translate cannot process these correctly. As a result, the page may not load properly and can show an error message.
